Cabin Crew Job Details
Successful candidates will be committed to providing excellent customer service and be able to deliver the high quality service for which Air Canada Jazz is recognized.
In addition, successful candidates will speak FLUENT FRENCH AND ENGLISH, and meet the following criteria:
• Canadian citizenship or Permanent Resident status with the ability to travel to the US;
• Able to pass security clearance;
• Able to meet our medical standards;
• 18 years of age or older;
• High school graduate or academic equivalent;
• Two years customer service work experience;
• Excellent interpersonal and quality service skills;
• Certificate of Completion of the online Universal Training Program (CT201). This course must be completed successfully prior to classroom training.
